  • The Rookie Rugby Cleveland season is just around the corner. It's not too late to start a team or get involved with an established one.

There are competitive options for children of just about any age. First, there will be a brand new Third and Fourth Grade League
Details relating to the new league can be found on the RRC Web site.
All the equipment needed for this new league will be provided by the people at RRC. The league is flag, with an emphasis on fun and introducing the sport to the players. Players should dress for the weather and bring cleats - soccer cleats are best, no baseball or sharp-edged cleats.

The 2015 schedule for the fifth through eighth graders starts on April 12, with matches running weekly through May 10 for the regular season. The City and State championships run May 17, 23 and 30 for qualified teams.

    The day-by-day
match schedule is posted but practices will be determined by coaches.
Stay tuned for further details about how to get involved in rugby around the state.
